Z CAM unveils Live 360º Stereo Streaming powered by NVIDIA
Z CAM has successfully integrated NVIDIA VRWorks SDK to support live 360º stereo streaming with its Z CAM V1 Pro – Cinematic VR Camera, bringing truly immersive VR experience to audiences in real time.
“The magic of NVIDIA VRWorks is that it achieves real-time stereo stitching without sacrificing image quality. We are excited to have Z CAM V1 Pro be the first to integrate NVIDIA VRWorks 360 Video. Real time 360º stereo stitching is a major leap forward for live events and VR content creators,” said Jason Paul, general manager of Virtual Reality and Gaming Software at NVIDIA.
“Leveraging on NVIDIA VRWorks, Z CAM WonderLive supports high quality live 360º at 4K resolution, with a single Ethernet connection to Z CAM S1 Professional VR Camera. The launch of Z CAM WonderLive Pro which supports real time 360° stereo stitching takes it to a new height.” said Jason Zhang, Founder & Chairman of Z CAM.

Z CAM WonderLive Pro (beta release) is now available for live 360º stereo streaming with Z CAM V1 Pro – Cinematic VR Camera. A PC equipped with two NVIDIA Quadro P6000 or GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is required to perform live stitching of video stream output of Z CAM V1 Pro through the Ethernet port.
